ABOUT TERESSA:
Best known for her portrayal of ruthless heretic Mary Louise on the hit show "The Vampire Diaries" (The CW) & Angelica on "Into the Badlands" (AMC). Teressa's first big break was on Australian television show, "Neighbours" (Fremantle Media) where she played the lovable, larger-than-life character, Rhiannon Bates. She now works internationally, with her most recent project to be released late 2018.

Teressa always had a deep-love for film and theatre, from a very young age. She credits her mother for impressing the importance of music and art in her life. Throughout high school, Teressa enjoyed sports and the arts, equally. A self-confessed tomboy, you were just as likely to find Teressa out on the basketball court, as you were to find her spending her recess and lunchtime in the drama or media room. At 15, she was scouted to try out for the Victoria State basketball team, but quickly realized that her passion and heart was in theatre and performance.

With the support of her drama teacher and friends, Teressa was encouraged to join a local Theatre Group where she was surrounded by unique performers and gained invaluable experience as a writer and actor. While studying at university, Teressa was swept up in the crazy world of Student Theatre. Here she made her singing debut, her writing was honored in the Beatnik Cabaret and she made the decision to pursue acting as a profession.
